Quality Control
We are committed to achieving consistent, high quality for our products. Our senior management team is actively involved in setting internal quality control policies and monitoring our product quality control process. We received ISO 9001:2000 certification for our diacid production facility in Shandong Province in March 2004. The ISO certification was then subsequently renewed in April 2007. We adhere to a strict system of quality control over our operations, from the sourcing of raw materials to production and delivery.
We have developed a new set of quality control tests for biobutanol and related products.
We have established an equipment maintenance team with personnel specifically trained to avoid unintended interruption and reduce scheduled down time in our production line. To ensure effective application of quality control procedures, production line employees are provided with extensive on the job training.
